Massages and Booking
Didn’t receive a confirmation code?
Our Online booking system is automatic. If you did not receive a confirmation, please email or call us to confirm your appointment.
Do I need to choose the modality of my massage before appointment?
YES, please! Your selection helps us to be proactive in reserving the right Therapist and massage room for your session.
Do we use oil or cream for our massages?
Each therapist will select their preferred oil, lotion, or cream for your treatment. If you have a specific preference, please let us know in the notes or give us a call in advance so we can accommodate your request.
Can I request the Gender of my Therapist?
Yes. Please notify your scheduler at the time of booking. If you booked online, please call us to communicate your request.
Are couples massages in the same room?
Yes! You and your partner will be treated by two therapists in the same room.
Can I book for someone else?
Yes! We prefer the name matches the reservation in our system; however, anyone you like may show for the allotted massage time.
Prenatal massage:
For the safety of you and your baby, we offer this massage after 12 weeks gestation ONLY. We CANNOT offer foot massages at any time during your pregnancy.
Can I bring Alcohol to my massage?
No. Alcohol is not permitted during your massage.
Can I tip on checkout?
Yes! Our Therapists take great pride in ensuring we deliver the highest quality of massage therapy and deeply appreciate your tip. You may tip with Cash, Credit Card or Venmo.
Additional services?
Only Massages are offered at this time. We do not offer anything outside of what is listed on our service menu including but not limited to showers, saunas, or facial treatments.

Rescheduling
Yes. You may reschedule or cancel your massage 24 hours BEFORE your scheduled time free of charge.
***You will be charged 100% of your massage fee for “No-show” or cancellation within 24 hours of your scheduled time. We hold your Therapist’s scheduled time for your appointment and appreciate your understanding of their time to you.
What if I get sick on the day of my appointment?
Our 24-hour cancellation policy still applies for your appointment. Our Therapists’ schedule is considered protected time as well.
What if I am late to the appointment?
We will still offer your massage until the allotted time has ended. After 20 minutes your appointment is considered a no show and you will be charged as if the service was completed.
